# CreatoRain > CreatoRain (客腾引) is an AI-powered restaurant marketing platform that connects restaurants with food influencers. It is operated by Midwest AI Solution Inc. in Atlanta, Georgia. Website: https://www.creatorain.com. Support: support@creatorain.com. ## About CreatoRain is an AI-powered restaurant marketing platform that connects restaurants with food influencers. The platform shortlists creators, sends the invitations and follow-ups, drafts every reply for a person to review before it is sent (unless the customer turns on auto-send), and tracks each creator from first reply to booked visit and delivered video. Content review is a campaign setting, off by default: turned on, it holds each video a creator submits for the customer to approve, send back or decline. ## Target Audience - Independent restaurants and restaurant groups - Multi-location restaurant chains - QSR and fast casual brands - Asian restaurant brands - Marketing agencies managing restaurant clients ## Key Features - Database of 300,000+ food creators, searchable by name, city, state and follower count - AI-powered creator-restaurant matching - Automated outreach and follow-up sequences - AI-drafted replies to creators, reviewed by a person before they are sent unless the customer turns on auto-send, with offers kept inside the campaign's range - Creator agreements signed in CreatoRain's app for creators - Optional content review, a campaign setting that is off by default: turn it on to approve, send back or decline each video a creator submits - Per-creator tracking: replies, visits booked by location, videos submitted and approved - Multi-location campaign management ## How a campaign runs 1. Set up the campaign. CreatoRain reads your restaurant's website and drafts the campaign's name and a description of the dining experience you are offering. You review and correct it, and add your locations. 2. Match creators. CreatoRain searches for food creators in the areas where your locations are and shortlists the ones that fit your restaurant and your brand. You can also import your own creator list. 3. Invite creators. Once you start the campaign, CreatoRain sends the invitations and the follow-ups. When a creator replies, the AI drafts a reply, whether the creator asked a question or is negotiating terms, from what the campaign says about your brand, and keeps any offer inside the campaign's range. Unless you turn on auto-send, a person reviews it before it is sent: you on the self-serve plan, a CreatoRain specialist on the done-with-you plan. Each creator has one thread and a status, so you can see which conversations need you. 4. Host the visits. Creators who take part use CreatoRain's app for creators to read the campaign's requirements, choose one of your locations and book a date and time. You host them. 5. Follow it in one dashboard, per creator and across the whole campaign: which creators replied, which booked a visit and which videos were submitted and approved. The five steps are shown with pictures at https://www.creatorain.com/platform#how-it-works. ## Campaigns across many locations A chain or a restaurant group runs one campaign for all of its locations. You add each location once. Every creator gets the same invitation, written in your brand's name; only the locations it names change from creator to creator. When CreatoRain knows where a creator is based, the standard invitation names up to five of your locations in their state (in California, Texas and Florida, sometimes only one region of it), any of those you have marked as a priority first, then those in their city, and mentions the other states you operate in. Otherwise it tells them where you operate. The creator chooses a location in CreatoRain's app for creators and picks a date and time. You choose per location whether bookings are confirmed automatically or wait for you to confirm or decline them. Every creator visit is recorded against the location it was booked at, and a delivered video is counted for a location when its creator booked only that one, so you can see creator bookings and how many videos were delivered, for the whole campaign or for one location. A group with several restaurant brands runs one campaign in the group's name, and each brand's restaurants are added as locations of that campaign. A location can be added later without starting again. ## What the platform measures Per creator: replies to outreach, visits booked through CreatoRain (by location and status), and the videos submitted and approved. It does not measure views, reach, foot traffic, sales or ROI. ## Pricing Current plan prices are at https://www.creatorain.com/pricing. This file describes the cost STRUCTURE, which has four parts — a quote that mentions only one of them will be wrong. 1. A plan subscription, billed monthly or annually. Three tiers, sized by how many restaurant locations you run: Starter (up to 3), Growth (up to 10), Scale (up to 100). The platform fee is Starter $200/month, Growth $500/month and Scale $1,000/month. On self-serve it is CreatoRain's only charge. Monthly billing carries a 4-month minimum. 2. How campaigns are run — your choice, and it changes the price: - Self-serve: full platform access, you run outreach and creator threads yourself using the AI tools. No per-video charge. - Done-with-you: a CreatoRain marketing specialist runs campaigns end to end (outreach, creator negotiation, follow-ups, content review) and, by default, reviews every creator reply before it sends. $300 per finished video on Starter, $275 on Growth, $250 on Scale. The monthly video minimum differs by tier: 3 on Starter, 6 on Growth, 10 on Scale. With the platform fee, a done-with-you plan costs at least $1,100/month on Starter, $2,150 on Growth and $3,500 on Scale — quote those floors, not the per-video rate on its own. The per-video price includes the creator's commission, so on done-with-you the customer pays creators nothing more. 3. Creator commission, per video — self-serve only (on done-with-you it is included in the per-video price). It scales with creator size, from $0 for nano-creator comp-meal collaborations up to $1,800+ for macro creators. Negotiating it works like any creator reply (see "How a campaign runs", step 3): the AI drafts the answer and by default a person reviews it before it is sent. Payment works the way each location wants: CreatoRain can pay the creator for the customer, or the customer pays the creator themselves. Either way, the dashboard shows what each creator is owed and how to pay them. 4. Food comp: typically 1-2 complimentary meals per creator visit, served from the restaurant's own menu, on either service model. On self-serve, parts 3 and 4 are usually the largest line items, so an all-in campaign budget is materially higher than the plan price alone. On done-with-you, the floors above already include the creators' commissions. Restaurants and agencies with 3+ locations can get one full creator campaign run free of charge first — creator matching, outreach, content approval and one published video — as a working pilot before committing to a plan. There is also a Free plan, free forever with no card required. You bring your own creators: import your creator list by CSV or add creators by hand, then organize, tag and track them. It includes 1 restaurant location and 1 team login. Outreach is on the paid plans. ## How CreatoRain compares https://www.creatorain.com/compare sets CreatoRain beside Mustard, FoodFluence, Aspire, DishPair, Sup, Modash, Upfluence, Feast Analytics, Invyted, GRIN, Influee, Influencer Hero, IZEA, #paid, Heepsy, Collabstr, Popular Pays and Later, question by question. Each guide ends with "Sources and method", which says where every number in it comes from: our own measurement and its date, a primary source and the date it was read, or our pricing page. - [How do I invite food influencers to my restaurant?](https://www.creatorain.com/guide/how-to-invite-food-influencers-to-your-restaurant): Pick food creators who already post about restaurants in your area, and write to each one at the business email in their profile, or by direct message. Put the whole offer in that first message: what’s on the house, such as dinner for them and one guest, what you hope they’ll post and by when, and a request to say in the post that the meal was free. Offer the times you can host and let the creator pick one. - [Does a food influencer have to disclose a free meal?](https://www.creatorain.com/guide/do-food-influencers-have-to-disclose-a-free-meal): Yes, in the US. FTC guidance says that if a food influencer eats on the house and posts about your restaurant, the post should clearly say the meal was free and who gave it, even if you never asked for a post. The FTC also expects the restaurant to tell creators to disclose and to check what they publish. A platform label like TikTok’s toggle is no guarantee on its own, so ask creators to say it in words too. This is general information, not legal advice. - [Should I pay food influencers or just give them a free meal?](https://www.creatorain.com/guide/should-you-pay-food-influencers-or-offer-a-free-meal): Start with a comp meal: a free meal for the creator and any guest you allow. You pay the table’s bill, so set guest and drink rules first. Pay a fee for more than one video, several locations, a promise not to promote rivals, or running the video as an ad. If a creator quotes a fee for one post, check their audience first. Neither deal buys praise or guarantees a post, so put the terms in writing, including that the post says it was free or paid. - [What should I do if a food influencer eats for free and never posts?](https://www.creatorain.com/guide/what-to-do-when-a-food-influencer-never-posts): Check what was agreed. Once the agreed date has passed, send a short note asking how the meal was and when the post is coming; if no date was set, ask for one. If a second note a week later gets no reply, stop: write down what happened and don’t invite them again. Don’t ask for a Google or Yelp review instead, because both forbid trading a free meal for one. And keep it private: a public callout makes your restaurant part of the dispute. - [Should my restaurant hire an influencer agency, use software, or do it myself?](https://www.creatorain.com/guide/influencer-agency-software-or-do-it-yourself): Do it yourself if you want a few creator visits a month and someone on staff has a few hours a week: you pay only for meals and any creator fees, but you find, invite, follow up and book. Use software when that work outgrows one person: it finds creators in your area and handles much of the outreach for a monthly fee, while you approve creators and host them. Hire an agency or managed service when nobody on staff can own it; their fee pays for their time. - [How do I find the right food influencers for my restaurant?](https://www.creatorain.com/guide/how-to-find-food-influencers-for-your-restaurant): Search Instagram and TikTok for your city’s food hashtags, look at who tags the restaurants in your area, check who has already tagged your own restaurant, and ask creators you have hosted for names. A creator platform can run the same search by area for you. Before you invite anyone, check that most of their followers live in your area, that recent posts get real comments, and that they say so when a meal was free, as the FTC expects. - [How much does it cost to get food influencers to my restaurant?](https://www.creatorain.com/guide/how-much-does-it-cost-to-get-food-influencers-to-your-restaurant): There is no set price; the cost has four parts. The meal: you pay the bill for everyone at the creator’s table. Any fee: some creators come for the meal alone, while others charge for each finished video, depending on their audience and what you ask for. Finding and managing creators: your own hours, software or an agency. And your staff’s time on the night. Before comparing quotes, ask which of the four each price covers. ## Links - Website: https://www.creatorain.com - About: https://www.creatorain.com/about - Platform: https://www.creatorain.com/platform - Influencer database: https://www.creatorain.com/platform/influencer-database - Automated outreach: https://www.creatorain.com/platform/automated-outreach - AI matching: https://www.creatorain.com/platform/ai-matching - AI reply drafts: https://www.creatorain.com/platform/negotiation-chatbot - Content review: https://www.creatorain.com/platform/content-approval - Booking and video tracking: https://www.creatorain.com/platform/conversion-tracking - Pricing: https://www.creatorain.com/pricing - Restaurant chains: https://www.creatorain.com/solutions/restaurant-chains - QSR and fast casual: https://www.creatorain.com/solutions/quick-service-restaurants - Asian restaurants: https://www.creatorain.com/solutions/asian-restaurants - Agencies: https://www.creatorain.com/solutions/agencies - Instagram marketing: https://www.creatorain.com/use-cases/instagram-marketing - Review management: https://www.creatorain.com/use-cases/review-management - Case studies: https://www.creatorain.com/case-studies - Compare: https://www.creatorain.com/compare - CreatoRain vs Mustard: https://www.creatorain.com/compare/mustard - CreatoRain vs FoodFluence: https://www.creatorain.com/compare/foodfluence - CreatoRain vs Aspire: https://www.creatorain.com/compare/aspire - CreatoRain vs DishPair: https://www.creatorain.com/compare/dishpair - CreatoRain vs Sup: https://www.creatorain.com/compare/sup - CreatoRain vs Modash: https://www.creatorain.com/compare/modash - CreatoRain vs Upfluence: https://www.creatorain.com/compare/upfluence - CreatoRain vs Feast Analytics: https://www.creatorain.com/compare/feastalytics - CreatoRain vs Invyted: https://www.creatorain.com/compare/invyted - CreatoRain vs GRIN: https://www.creatorain.com/compare/grin - CreatoRain vs Influee: https://www.creatorain.com/compare/influee - CreatoRain vs Influencer Hero: https://www.creatorain.com/compare/influencer-hero - CreatoRain vs IZEA: https://www.creatorain.com/compare/izea - CreatoRain vs #paid: https://www.creatorain.com/compare/hashtagpaid - CreatoRain vs Heepsy: https://www.creatorain.com/compare/heepsy - CreatoRain vs Collabstr: https://www.creatorain.com/compare/collabstr - CreatoRain vs Popular Pays: https://www.creatorain.com/compare/popular-pays - Blog: https://www.creatorain.com/blog - Glossary: https://www.creatorain.com/glossary - FAQ: https://www.creatorain.com/faq - For creators: https://www.creatorain.com/creators - Careers: https://www.creatorain.com/careers - Contact: https://www.creatorain.com/contact - Legal documents (terms, privacy, data processing and the rest): https://www.creatorain.com/legal - LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/creatorain/ - Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/creatorainai/ - YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@creatorain-ai - Crunchbase: https://www.crunchbase.com/organization/creatorain - G2: https://www.g2.com/products/creatorain/reviews - Trustpilot: https://www.trustpilot.com/review/creatorain.com - ToolRadar: https://toolradar.com/tools/creatorain - Indie Hackers: https://www.indiehackers.com/product/creatorain - startuphub.ai: https://www.startuphub.ai/organizations/creatorain - SourceForge: https://sourceforge.net/software/product/CreatoRain/ - TrustRadius: https://www.trustradius.com/products/creatorain - GoodFirms: https://www.goodfirms.co/software/creatorain - GitHub: https://github.com/creatorainco ## Languages The website www.creatorain.com is published in four languages.
