Video Review Card
Turn every table into a video.
Diners post a video. Next visit, they get a free side.
Free for 90 days. 25 free cards a location, one per table. Up to 10 locations. No credit card.
How do I get customers to post TikToks about my restaurant?
Put a CreatoRain Video Review Card on every table. Each card offers a free side for a public video of the meal. The diner scans the card and posts on TikTok, Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts. The caption carries #ad and a one-time hashtag. CreatoRain checks the post, then gives a one-use code for the next visit. Good, bad or mixed, the diner gets the side. You choose the side and cover only the sides diners claim.
Cards are free for 90 days. Each location gets 25 free cards, one per table. Up to 10 locations. More tables cost $45 for each 25 cards. The 90 days start the day we confirm your order. After that, the program continues only if you book a creator video. A creator video is $300, creator pay included. Otherwise new scans stop. Codes already given still work.

Questions owners ask
Who pays for the side?
You do. You choose the item when you order from CreatoRain, and you cover only the sides diners claim.
What happens after the 90 free days?
The CreatoRain program keeps running if you book a creator video, $300 each, creator pay included. Otherwise new scans stop. Codes already given still work, and you honor them. The 90 days start the day we confirm your order.
Do you take a credit card now?
No. CreatoRain's starter cards are free and need no payment details. Nothing bills automatically.
What do my staff have to do?
Very little. When a diner taps "Use my side now", CreatoRain shows staff a green screen with the side, the location and a live clock. Staff give the side and type nothing. A used code shows a grey screen instead.
How do my staff redeem a code?
The diner taps "Use my side now" on their phone in front of staff. CreatoRain's screen shows your restaurant, the location, today's date and a live clock. No login, no app. It works at a table or a counter. It does not work on delivery orders.
Can a diner claim the side the same day they post?
No. A CreatoRain code works from the next day, for 30 days.
Is it legal to give a free item for a video?
Yes, when the reward ignores what the video says and the video is disclosed. CreatoRain gives the same side for a good, bad or mixed video. Every video carries #ad on screen or said, and #ad in the caption. That follows the FTC's Endorsement Guides Q&A and its Disclosures 101 guide.
Why does the card say "good, bad or mixed"?
FTC rules ban rewarding only positive posts, so CreatoRain gives the side whatever the video says. Diners who say what they really think also make videos people trust.
Can I reward Google reviews?
No. Google and Yelp ban rewards for reviews. So the CreatoRain card asks only for social videos and never for ratings. Your listings stay safe.
Why "Video Review Card" when the card never says "review"?
Video Review Card is CreatoRain's program name for owners. Diners never see the word review. The card asks for a social video, never a rating.
Can one person claim at all my locations?
Each side needs a new public video. CreatoRain gives one side per video, ever. Each social account gets one side per location every 30 days.
Who checks age?
Diners must be 18 or older, as the card and CreatoRain's terms say. Your staff are not asked to check ID.
Do I own the videos?
The diner owns their video. CreatoRain's diner terms say you repost it only if the diner says yes, with the #ad kept on.
Do diners get contacted by CreatoRain?
Diners with about 1,000 followers or more may be invited by CreatoRain to paid creator work. The diner terms say so, and diners can opt out.
What size table card fits standard holders?
4x6 inches. The CreatoRain card is 4 by 6 inches, portrait, and fits standard 4x6 acrylic holders. You can add holders at $5 each when you order.
Does it work in Chinese or on RedNote?
Yes. CreatoRain prints each location's card in English, Chinese or both. RedNote (小红书) counts only where you turn it on, for a Chinese or bilingual card. It stays off unless you choose it.
More than 10 locations?
CreatoRain's starter cards are free for up to 10 locations. 25 free cards a location, one per table. Extra cards are $45 for each 25. One order takes up to 25 locations.
Want creator videos too?
$300 a video, creator pay included.
