Affiliate Disclosure
生效日期：2026年3月1日
CreatoRain (operated by Midwest AI Solution Inc.) believes in full transparency with our audience. This Affiliate Disclosure explains how affiliate relationships, referral programs, and promotional partnerships work on our website, blog, email communications, social media channels, and platform. We are committed to honesty and want you to understand how these relationships may influence the content you see.
1. Affiliate Relationships Overview
CreatoRain participates in affiliate marketing programs and maintains referral partnerships with companies whose products and services are relevant to restaurant owners, hospitality professionals, and influencer marketers. When we recommend, review, or link to third-party products and services on our website, blog posts, guides, email newsletters, or other content, some of those links may be affiliate links.
An affiliate relationship means that CreatoRain has a commercial arrangement with the company whose product or service is being referenced. These relationships allow us to sustain our free educational content, industry guides, and resource libraries while providing our audience with relevant recommendations for tools and services that can support their restaurant marketing efforts.
Affiliate relationships exist across several categories relevant to our audience, including restaurant management software, point-of-sale systems, reservation and ordering platforms, social media management tools, photography and video editing software, food delivery and logistics services, business insurance and legal services for restaurants, and marketing and advertising platforms.
2. How Affiliate Links Work
When you click on an affiliate link on the CreatoRain website or in our communications, a small tracking code is embedded in the URL that identifies CreatoRain as the referring source. If you subsequently make a purchase, sign up for a service, or complete another qualifying action on the linked website, CreatoRain may receive a commission or referral fee from the merchant.
Important points about how affiliate links work:
- Clicking an affiliate link does not change the price you pay for any product or service. You will never pay more because you used one of our affiliate links.
- Affiliate tracking typically uses cookies that may persist for a defined period (ranging from 24 hours to 90 days, depending on the affiliate program). If you make a qualifying purchase within that window, CreatoRain may receive a commission.
- You are under no obligation to use our affiliate links. You can always navigate directly to a merchant's website if you prefer not to use an affiliate link.
- Affiliate links are used on our website, in blog posts, resource guides, email newsletters, comparison articles, and social media content where we recommend third-party products or services.
- Not all links on our website are affiliate links. We frequently link to resources, tools, and services without any affiliate relationship when we believe they are helpful to our audience.
3. Compensation Structure
CreatoRain receives compensation through affiliate programs in the following ways:
3.1 Commission on Referrals
When a visitor clicks an affiliate link on our website and completes a qualifying action (such as a purchase, subscription signup, or free trial registration), CreatoRain receives a commission. Commission rates vary by affiliate program and may be structured as a percentage of the sale price (typically ranging from 5% to 30%), a fixed dollar amount per referral or signup, or a recurring commission for subscription-based services for as long as the referred customer remains active.
3.2 CreatoRain Referral Program
CreatoRain also operates its own referral program through which existing clients, industry partners, and affiliates can earn commissions by referring new restaurant clients to the CreatoRain platform. If you are referred to CreatoRain through someone else's affiliate link, the referring party may receive compensation from CreatoRain when you become a paying client.
3.3 Sponsored Content
In some cases, CreatoRain may publish sponsored content, paid reviews, or promotional articles in partnership with third-party companies. When content is sponsored or paid for by a third party, it will be clearly labeled as such with a disclosure at the beginning of the content.
4. Editorial Independence
CreatoRain's editorial integrity is paramount. Our affiliate relationships do not influence the honesty, objectivity, or accuracy of our content. We adhere to the following editorial principles:
- Our opinions and recommendations are based on genuine evaluation, firsthand experience, and professional assessment of each product or service, regardless of whether an affiliate relationship exists.
- We only recommend products and services that we believe provide genuine value to restaurant owners, hospitality professionals, and influencer marketers. We will not promote a product solely because it offers a higher commission.
- If we review or compare products, our evaluations are based on features, pricing, usability, customer support, and relevance to the restaurant industry, not on affiliate compensation rates.
- We disclose the limitations, drawbacks, and potential issues with products we recommend, even when those products are affiliate partners.
- If we determine that a product or service we previously recommended no longer meets our quality standards, we will update or remove the recommendation regardless of the affiliate relationship.
- Our content team operates independently from our business development and affiliate partnerships team. Editorial decisions are not subject to approval by affiliate partners.
5. FTC Compliance
CreatoRain's affiliate disclosure practices comply with the Federal Trade Commission's Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 CFR Part 255) and the FTC's guidance on native advertising and affiliate marketing disclosures. Specifically:
- This Affiliate Disclosure page is accessible from every page of our website and is linked in our footer navigation.
- Individual blog posts, articles, and pages containing affiliate links include a disclosure notice near the top of the content informing readers that the page contains affiliate links.
- Social media posts containing affiliate links include clear disclosures such as #ad, #affiliate, or #sponsored in a prominent position.
- Email communications containing affiliate links include disclosure language identifying the presence of affiliate links.
- We regularly review our disclosure practices to ensure they remain compliant with current FTC guidance and best practices.
6. Third-Party Affiliate Programs
CreatoRain participates in affiliate programs offered by various third-party companies. While our specific affiliate partnerships may change over time, we typically maintain relationships in the following product and service categories relevant to the restaurant and hospitality industry:
- Restaurant Technology: Point-of-sale systems, reservation platforms, online ordering systems, and restaurant management software.
- Marketing Tools: Social media scheduling and management platforms, email marketing services, graphic design tools, and analytics platforms.
- Content Creation: Photography equipment, video editing software, lighting and audio equipment, and stock media services.
- Business Services: Payment processing, business insurance, accounting software, legal services, and website hosting.
- Food Industry: Food suppliers, packaging solutions, delivery logistics platforms, and food safety compliance tools.
CreatoRain evaluates each affiliate partner for quality, relevance, and reputation before entering into an affiliate relationship. We reserve the right to terminate affiliate relationships at any time if we determine that a partner no longer meets our quality standards or is no longer a good fit for our audience.
7. How to Identify Affiliate Content
CreatoRain makes it easy for you to identify content that contains affiliate links or is influenced by affiliate relationships:
- Disclosure Notices: Blog posts, articles, and guides containing affiliate links will include a disclosure statement near the beginning of the content, typically stating: "This post contains affiliate links. CreatoRain may earn a commission if you make a purchase through these links at no additional cost to you."
- Link Formatting: In some cases, affiliate links may be visually distinguished from non-affiliate links, though this is not always feasible across all content formats.
- Sponsored Labels: Content that is sponsored by or created in partnership with a third party will be clearly marked with labels such as "Sponsored," "Paid Partnership," or "In collaboration with [Partner Name]."
- This Disclosure Page: This Affiliate Disclosure page serves as a comprehensive, centralized disclosure of CreatoRain's affiliate practices and is accessible from any page on our website.
- Social Media Disclosures: Affiliate content shared on social media will include appropriate hashtags and disclosures as required by FTC guidelines and platform policies.
