Testimonials Disclaimer
生效日期：2026年10月9日
CreatoRain (operated by Midwest AI Solution Inc.) values transparency and honesty in all of our communications. This Testimonials Disclaimer provides important information about the testimonials, reviews, case studies, and endorsements displayed on our website, marketing materials, social media channels, and platform. By using our website or services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this disclaimer.
1. Nature of Testimonials
The testimonials, reviews, and success stories featured on CreatoRain's website and marketing materials reflect the real experiences and genuine opinions of actual clients, including restaurant owners, restaurant managers, marketing directors, and other hospitality professionals who have used CreatoRain's platform and services.
Each testimonial represents the personal experience and subjective opinion of the individual or business that provided it. Testimonials are given voluntarily and reflect the client's own assessment of their experience with CreatoRain. The views expressed in testimonials are those of the individuals and do not necessarily represent the views of CreatoRain.
Where a testimonial describes results, it is that client's own account of their campaign, at that time and in their circumstances. CreatoRain's platform records creator replies, creator visits booked at each location, and videos submitted and approved. It does not measure foot traffic, customer reservations, orders, follower growth, sales, or revenue, and it does not publish figures for those in testimonials.
2. Individual Results Vary
The results described in testimonials are individual experiences. They may not be typical, and they are not guaranteed. Your results from using CreatoRain's platform and services will depend on many factors unique to your situation, including but not limited to:
- Your restaurant's type, cuisine, location, price point, and target demographic.
- Your existing brand recognition, online reputation, and social media presence.
- The quality and consistency of your food, service, and dining experience.
- Your marketing budget and the scope of your influencer campaigns.
- Local market conditions, competition, and consumer dining trends.
- The time of year, economic conditions, and other external factors.
- Your level of engagement and responsiveness throughout the campaign process.
- The specific influencers selected for your campaigns and the content they create.
CreatoRain encourages prospective clients to carefully consider these variables and to set realistic expectations based on their own unique circumstances rather than solely on the results reported in testimonials.
3. No Guarantee of Similar Outcomes
CreatoRain makes no representation or warranty that you will achieve results similar to those described in any testimonial, case study, or success story. The testimonials on our website represent a range of experiences, and your experience may differ materially from those described.
Some clients achieve results that exceed their initial expectations, while others may experience more modest outcomes. Influencer marketing is a component of a comprehensive marketing strategy, and its effectiveness is influenced by many factors that extend beyond the scope of CreatoRain's services.
Any forward-looking statements or projections contained within testimonials (such as anticipated future growth or continued ROI) are the opinions of the individuals providing them and are not endorsed or guaranteed by CreatoRain.
4. Compensation Disclosure
In the interest of full transparency, CreatoRain discloses the following regarding compensation related to testimonials:
4.1 Incentivized Testimonials
Some clients who provide testimonials may have received consideration in exchange for their participation. It may include service discounts or credits applied to future videos, gift cards, or other nominal tokens of appreciation. Where a material incentive has been provided, CreatoRain will identify the testimonial accordingly.
4.2 Non-Incentivized Testimonials
Many testimonials are provided voluntarily by satisfied clients without any compensation, discount, or other incentive. CreatoRain regularly collects feedback from clients as part of its standard business practices, and clients may voluntarily consent to having their feedback used as testimonials.
4.3 Ongoing Client Relationships
Some individuals providing testimonials may be current CreatoRain clients with active service agreements. Their testimonials reflect their genuine experience, but their ongoing business relationship with CreatoRain should be considered when evaluating their statements.
5. Review Authenticity
CreatoRain is committed to the authenticity and integrity of all testimonials and reviews displayed on our platform and marketing materials. The following practices govern our testimonial collection and publication process:
- All testimonials come from real clients who have actually used CreatoRain's platform and services. We do not fabricate, create, or publish fictional testimonials.
- Testimonials are presented in the client's own words and are not substantively edited for content or meaning. Minor edits may be made for grammar, spelling, clarity, or length, but the substance and sentiment of the testimonial are preserved.
- CreatoRain may curate which testimonials are displayed on its website and marketing materials. The selection of featured testimonials is based on relevance, recency, and the diversity of client experiences represented, and may not include all feedback received.
- Client names, business names, and identifying details are used with explicit permission. In some cases, clients may request anonymity, in which case only general identifying information (such as restaurant type and market) may be provided.
- Testimonials reflect the client's experience at the time they were provided. Client experiences and opinions may change over time, and CreatoRain does not warrant that testimonials remain current.
6. FTC Compliance
CreatoRain is committed to compliance with the Federal Trade Commission's Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 CFR Part 255) and related regulatory guidance. In accordance with FTC requirements:
- Testimonials on the CreatoRain website represent the honest opinions of real clients based on their genuine experiences.
- Where a material connection exists between the testimonial provider and CreatoRain (such as compensation, discounts, or ongoing business relationships), CreatoRain will disclose the nature of that connection.
- CreatoRain does not publish a testimonial it believes to be deceptive, and does not publish a figure for foot traffic, customer reservations, orders, follower growth, sales, or revenue in a testimonial or case study.
- CreatoRain does not yet have a figure for the results clients generally achieve, on any measure. A testimonial describes the experience of one client, and CreatoRain does not present it as the result you should expect.
- CreatoRain regularly reviews its testimonial practices to ensure continued compliance with FTC guidelines and any updates to endorsement regulations.
7. Influencer Endorsement Transparency
As a platform that facilitates influencer marketing campaigns, CreatoRain is deeply committed to endorsement transparency across all levels of its business:
7.1 Influencer Campaign Content
All influencer-created content produced through CreatoRain campaigns is required to include clear and conspicuous disclosure of the sponsored nature of the content, in accordance with FTC guidelines and platform-specific policies. CreatoRain's Creator Terms ask every influencer to add that disclosure to each post. CreatoRain does not guarantee that every post carries it.
7.2 Platform Testimonials from Influencers
When influencers who are part of the CreatoRain network provide testimonials about the platform, CreatoRain discloses their relationship as network participants. Influencer testimonials about the CreatoRain platform reflect their experience as users of the platform and participants in campaigns, and their ongoing relationship with CreatoRain should be considered.
7.3 Industry Commitment
CreatoRain advocates for transparency and ethical practices throughout the influencer marketing industry. We believe that honest disclosure strengthens consumer trust, supports the long-term viability of influencer marketing, and benefits restaurants, influencers, and consumers alike.
8. Reporting Inaccurate Testimonials
CreatoRain takes the accuracy of its testimonials seriously. If you believe that any testimonial displayed on our website or marketing materials is inaccurate, misleading, outdated, or does not properly disclose a material connection, we encourage you to report it so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.
To report a concern about a testimonial, please contact us with the following information:
- The location of the testimonial (URL, page name, or marketing material where it appears).
- A description of the specific content you believe is inaccurate or misleading.
- Any supporting information or evidence relevant to your concern.
- Your contact information so that we can follow up if additional details are needed.
CreatoRain will review all reports promptly and will take corrective action where warranted, which may include editing, adding disclosures to, or removing the testimonial in question.
